Sitting just above the roof and capped with CNC precision machined end plates the Ruggeddub roof bars are designed for VW Transporter owners who want a totally unique look which doesn’t compromise on strength or quality. Designed and made to order in the UK.

Made to measure, easy install

Designed specifically to fit the VW T5 and T6, the Ruggeddub roof bars arrive assembled and slot perfectly into your roof gutter with no fiddly width adjustments. The endplates use the existing pre-drilled holes in your van’s roof gutter with no overhanging crossbar to impede bolt tightening. The bolts which secure the bars to the van roof are installed in the endplates during assembly. The finished geometry ensures the bolts are captured, removing the risk of losing the bolts when the bars are not attached to the vehicle.

Strong and durable

Designed and tested to carry loads greater than your van’s roof weight limit (though this limit should never be exceeded). The bars are constructed from corrosion resistant anodized aluminium. Large footpad contact points offer extra load spreading between roof bars and have a bonded silicone rubber base. No plastic caps or covers to get sun damaged, cracked or lost and covers and the non-slip rubber top strip helps prevent slippage and protects loads carried.
